Position Requirements
As the sole controller of the BSA, the President was responsible for ensuring profitability and sustainability of the association. In addition, the President was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the society, including each portfolio, promoting the societal strategy, and maintaining relationships with community partners, faculty, and alumni. Lastly, developing internal processes, developing agendas, and chairing meetings were included in the responsibilities of the President. Estimated time commitment is 5 hours/ week.
Sign-up Directions
Members of the Executive Council are voted in via by BSA members. An Election Council determines the date of elections, which are typically held in January or February.
