Lifetouch Photography Sessions
Lifetouch Photography sessions at the VIU Nanaimo campus are now complete for convocation 2024. If you would like graduation portraits done, please contact qvarea@lifetouch.com.
Go to the Prestige Portraits by Lifetouch Appointment-Plus booking system and select a session type, then choose an available appointment date and time. Please note that not all appointment dates will open right away; later sessions will open once the earlier sessions fill up.
If you have already booked an appointment and need to reschedule or cancel, please email qvarea@lifetouch.com with your name and appointment time and they will get back to you within 48 hours.
Photography sessions will be held in Room 170 in Building 255 Centre for International Education. See campus map.
You will need to bring $25 cash or cheque (payable to Lifetouch Photography) to your appointment to pay for the session. Prints are ordered later.
Suggested attire for the formal portraits is a shirt and tie or V-neck or scoop neck top.
Lifetouch will supply the proper regalia (cap, gown, etc.) for your program, for the photo. If graduates are bringing a change of outfits please limit it to one change.
See VIU Regalia Colors to find the your program's hood or stole color. Certificate and diploma programs do not wear hoods or stoles, just the black gown and cap.
