The Administrative Director is responsible for increasing internal processes for membership and assisting the VP with Human Resource policy and procedures implementation.

Position Requirements

The Business Students’ Association at Vancouver Island University is dedicated to providing experiential learning opportunities for students to help the development of the business leaders of tomorrow.

The overall coordinator of membership and supporter of the VP of Internal is responsible for increasing internal processes for membership. In addition, responsibilities include creating an effective membership tracking system including membership fees and implementing CCR for all members. Lastly, responsibilities include supporting VP of Internal with additional administrative tasks including implementing new policy and procedures to align with the societal strategy and other tasks to increase organization within the BSA. Estimated time commitment is 3 hours per week.
